FormImprint

Enable your staff to spend more time focused on patients and less time completing forms and imprinting packets of forms, charts, and reports. FormImprint is a tool for clinical and nursing staffs that eliminates these manual processes. At a work station, users can pick a patient, pick a packet, and then simply click print to produce an entire patient packet, complete with up-to-date information and patient ID's bar coded on every form.

FormImprint is flexible and allows users to print single forms with patient information or without patient information. Users can print multiple packets for a patient or print packets for all patients under their care at one time.

Patient information is secure, as access and information visibility is controlled based on workstation location and login credentials. Users also have the ability to filter their own view into the system so they only are presented with the forms and patients that they need to see.

With integrated Signature Capture functionality, FormImprint is also a valuable asset at the registration desk, the ER admissions desk, and anywhere patient or physician signatures are required.
