Systemware and FormFast Partner to Optimize Hospital Electronic Document Management

ADDISON, TX – (February 2007) – Systemware, Inc. today announced an agreement has been reached with FormFast®, Inc. of St. Louis, Missouri, that will help Systemware’s healthcare clients optimize their use of Centraspect HC Patient Financial Record™ application. Under terms of the contract, effective immediately, Systemware has made FormFast its recommended provider of forms automation software and services.

Through this agreement, hospital business offices will be able to utilize FormFast to create registration packages that then can be captured and managed as part of the Patient Financial Record application from Systemware.  

The Centraspect HC Patient Financial Record is designed to connect healthcare systems and data, while providing a user-friendly, role-based work environment with dashboard reporting, document and content views, and automatic work lists so that information can easily be tracked as it moves through the revenue cycle.

The system creates a long-term record of each patient’s financial activity by storing information from a variety of applications including: the healthcare information system (HIS), claims processing and billing engine, other hospital systems, and FormFast. Information from all of these systems is compiled into in a common electronic folder called the patient financial record. Once the patient financial record is created, it is continuously updated as changes or additions to any data or content located in any of the systems.

The integration between FormFast and Systemware’s products is available immediately.
