eSignature Capture

FormFast’s Electronic Signature (eSignature) application interfaces with all McKesson systems to automatically generate forms that require signatures and guide the patient through the signing process.  FormFast merges the electronic signature to the form, creating a legally signed document which is fed directly into the EMR.

FormFast provides McKesson clients with a variety of options in signature devices including, electronic clip boards, tablet computers, and writeable screens.  eSignature is often used by McKesson clients for gathering patient signatures at registration or for bedside consent to provide positive patient identification and improve patient safety and compliance.

Workflow

FormFast’s workflow automation platform, FastFlow, is fully integrated with McKesson Horizon Patient Folder (HPF) to provide enterprise workflow applications, such as Coding Query, Cancer Staging, or any custom workflow application.  This paperless, web-based solution automates and improves the flow of information through your organization and automatically archives to the HPF system.  With features such as intelligent routing, progress tracking, custom dashboards and analytics, FastFlow has the power to streamline the entire hospital enterprise. 

Forms Automation

FormFast interfaces with all McKesson systems, including STAR, Series, HealthQuest and Paragon to dynamically pull patient information and populate electronic forms.  These electronic forms are output either using customized logic (via FastPrint) or on-demand (via Web FormImprint).  This completely eliminates the need for pre-printed forms all while streamlining the distribution of the forms throughout the organization.  Forms are printed with demographic information as well as bar codes for easy scanning and indexing into Horizon Patient Folder.
