• 1992: FormFast offers printer resident CHIPs for forms automation.
• 1995: FormFast creates a server-based forms automation package. This system is in use by over 125 customers today and that number continues to grow.
• 1998: FormFast creates a Client-Server forms automation package, now installed in over 550 hospitals.
• 2000: FormFast integrates electronic patient signatures and photos.
• 2002: FormFast creates nursing interface and forms repository for forms on-demand.
• 2006: FormFast releases FastFlow and FastSite online document management, and workflow solutions.

The FormFast solutions are scaleable and flexible enough to meet the needs any size organization.
