The change request is automatically routed through appropriate levels of review, and if necessary, is ultimately delivered to an online form committee workgroup that can grant final approval.
The workflow process can be customized to be as simple or complex as your process requires, with rules based routing and site-specific request and approval forms. Once approved, forms are stored in a single repository for all authorized users to access. The forms repository supports version control so your staff only has access to the correct version of forms while your form designers can have access to the complete history of each form.
