  • 2000: FormFast integrates electronic patient signatures and photos.
  • 2002: FormFast creates nursing interface and forms repository for forms on-demand.
  • 2005: FormFast releases FastFlow and FastSite online document management, and workflow solutions.
  • 2009: FormFast introduces audit tracking management solutions and workflow applications including; RAC, physician coded query and many others.
